The Spark by Hilton Albuquerque North I-25 is a quiet hotel with comfortable rooms and beds in a convenient location near the freeway. The property is being remodeled. However, many guests found the experience disappointing for the price. The breakfast is frequently criticized as just grab-and-go, with limited offerings like bagels and coffee that are not well-stocked. Several maintenance and cleanliness issues were noted, including non-working lamps, leaking appliances, and corners needing cleaning. Some staff were caring, while others were not very friendly. Additional frustrations included a closed pool, broken laundry facilities, and no room cleaning during stays. Many guests felt the cost, especially during events, was not warranted for the value received.
Too expensive for half of a continental breakfast. For what it costs it should offer at least a better continental breakfast or full breakfast
