“We arrived weary after 10 hour drive. Check in was prompt and room with king sized bed was very affordable and met all our needs. Cool merch available to buy in the lobby with 24 hr hot drinks available! Bonus was a free beer at their tap room while listening to a live musician !! The outside courtyard is lovely! In warmer weather I’m sure it would be perfect place to chill and enjoy the quirky surroundings! Pool was closed but I’m betting it’s a great addition to one’s stay !”

“Was here on a conference trip, great place to stay. The front desk worker, Sapphire, was super friendly and gave great recommendations for places to visit and places to eat during my stay here.”

“For the price this motel is hard to beat! Recently renovated rooms, everything was super clean and the staff was super nice. Lots of food options within walking distance. Only “downside” is it’s located right off central but we didn’t hear any road noise whatsoever so I wouldn’t even be worried about that. If you’re in the area highly recommend!”

“Hands down the best service I've ever had at a hotel.
I had issues with my vehicle so I booked this last minute, and wow is it a beautiful hotel. Like seriously, everything is pristine and the design is beautiful. I made a mistake with my booking through Amex Travel and the Manager (Mr. Troche) was extremely helpful in getting it corrected and never once made me feel like I was being a pain or like I had to fight to get what I wanted. They gave my dog a bag of treats on the way in, and a little dog toy on the way out. Every staff member I met, 4-5 front desk, 2-3 restaurant, valet, and housekeeper, were all great. When do you come across a hotel where it's like that? Usually someone throws it off, or the lobby will be beautiful but the room is worn out, something, but this was an excellent experience. I was able to get my vehicle fixed and get on my way and they helped immensely with preventing that from becoming really stressful. I'd love to stay here again.”

“We arrived at 2 a.m. in the morning and they were expecting us already. I just called on the way around 10 p.m. when without reservation. The front desk gentleman was very kind and he told me not to make a reservation in case we get tired on the way there and decided to stop before, he said he will get ready the room anyways for us. We decided to drive straight to NM. from Phoenix to be ready next morning at 10 a.m. for my aunt's service. When we arrived the gentleman said I spoke with you earlier and your room is ready. The registration was so quick.”

“This place was perfect for our one-night stay during a cross-country move. The front desk staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with our golden retriever- they gave him treats and even a toy! The room itself was very clean, has non-carpeted floors which I love, and the bed was comfortable. They also have a well-maintained grassy dog run that is easy to access. We visited the rooftop bar to take advantage of happy hour and the staff up there was super nice too. The hotel is beautiful, historic and clean. Ample parking. 10/10 recommend and will certainly stay here again in the future when passing through ABQ.”

“( France🇨🇵 ) Thanks to Christian and Sonia for their friendliness and kindness, and thanks to the kitchen staff for their professionalism. I would return to this clean and pleasant hotel without hesitation. Thank you.”

“We will be staying here again for sure! It's close enough to all the things to do in Old Town. Parking here is something I'd worried about, but it's a nice parking lot with security personnel. We saw them driving through the parking lot at all hours of the day, which was nice to see. Hotel is nice and seems pretty new. The staff was exceptional. Also, there's a brand new Tesla charging station right out front.”

“Breakfast: A complimentary breakfast with a good range of options. Quality and variety were satisfactory. .

Guest Room: Excellent room layout with comfortable spacing, an appropriately sized restroom, effective climate control, and a convenient kitchen setup. .

Noise Management: The outdoor patio lacked appropriate quiet‑hour enforcement. Noise continued past midnight, impacting guest rest. A firm closure time around 10 p.m. is recommended.

Guest Services: Front desk personnel provided attentive and professional service. .

Pool: The pool itself was enjoyable and well‑maintained. Unfortunately, the pool attendant’s demeanor detracted from the experience. His reactions suggested irritation at guests simply using the space, and his comments about moving a table for shade felt unnecessarily condescending. A more welcoming and service‑oriented approach would be appreciated.

Fitness Center: Though modest in size, the workout room is clean and contains all essential equipment.”

“The hotel on Andeluz has one of the best well trained intimate, caring, and loving staff that I’ve seen in the city of Albuquerque since I’ve been here. They are on point and in step with everything we need before we need it. Almost like magic. Also it smells amazing. Always a good sign 😜”

“Nice hotel, no issues with room. Short walk to Sawmill Market & Old Town. Beware lots of things are closed on Mondays in Old Town. The Mexican restaurant inside the hotel was awful! My taco shells tasted stale and meat was gross. Bartender didn't even offer to make things right or take off my bill after I told her I didn't want them. Strange experience.”

“Nice breakfast. Clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff and a convenient Uptown location close to shopping and dining. The room was modern and well maintained. One thing to note: odd-numbered rooms facing the main road can be noisy at night, so light sleepers may want to request a quieter room. Overall a solid option, but the noise keeps it from a full five stars.”

“We absolutely love this place. It's clean, the staff are helpful and so kind. They do have some garage parking which is great. In the mornings, they have breakfast available with eggs, sausage, usually waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, and much more. The location is easy to get to from the freeway. I've stayed here many times and the experience is always positive. The manager on duty on April 12th in the AM is so kind. She made us feel very welcome.”

“The Nativo Lodge is absolutely phenomenal. The property itself is like a mini gallery with stunning artwork and details from the floor to the roof. Stopping by the 2nd floor to see the artwork displayed by artist Ehren Kee Natay is an absolute must! The beds are so comfy and their pillows are really the cherry on top for the best nights rest you ever had. Every room has the essentials for a great stay, but the artist rooms are absolutely breathtaking!!! My (now) husband and I first stayed at the Nativo about 3 years ago for our first get away as a couple and decided to return here for our honeymoon. We’ve had the chance to stay at this property a few times now and the staff continue to impress us more and more each time. The location is central and provides easy access to anywhere in the ABQ area. The Mountain View’s are stunning and the view of the city provides a great opportunity to spot some hot air balloons from your balcony. There is and indoor and outdoor pool and an indoor hot tub. There is also a Gardunos in the lobby. I truly cannot say enough great things about this property. I really would like to extend huge shout out to Rachel for making our honeymoon so special. We cannot wait to return. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in ABQ, this is the place!”

“Everything went well during my stay for one night. As a member I got coffee in the morning. Interesting food setup. You have to pay for breakfast which consists of the same style food that is to be found at the typical free hotel buffet. If you just plan on that will meet expectations.”

“The staff here is exceptional! Michael, the maintenance man, had to assist with a drain. He was FAST and super friendly. He deserves to be recognized as a TOP employee!!!The front desk staff was fantastic as well. The rooms were clean and spacious.”

“Great place for an in-between place. The accommodations are a bit older but will hold you over for a month or so. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The clientele is a bit seedy but all tend to respect each other's space. The only detractor is that depending on your room, parking can be a bit tricky at times. Otherwise it works for what it is.”

“It was a fine place to spend the night. Went on a walk in the morning and there is nothing nearby to explore so that wasn't great but no complaints with check in or our rooms or our stay.”

“I stayed for one night after a delayed flight, and despite arriving very late, the front desk greeted me immediately. The room was clean and comfortable, and while breakfast was basic, it was great to have.

The standout feature was the morning service: staff drove me straight to the car rental, saving me a trip back to the terminal for the shuttle. Every staff member was professional and kind. Highly recommended!”

“We rented the Ranchers Club lounge for a retirement party this past Saturday night. The staff was amazingly helpful and very professional. They made sure the event was perfect! The set up was amazing and the food was top notch! I hired a musician, and even though he forgot his speaker, the staff scrambled and found him the perfect speaker that he could plug his equipment into and so we didn’t miss a beat! The room held about 50 people and it was comfortable and everyone was so impressed with everything. Everyone should consider this venue for their events! The GM is impressive and amazing and she will make sure all your needs are met! Thank you to the hotel and all of the staff members who made this the most memorable event ever!”

“Great place to stay for a night or longer. I was just passing through but everything was excellent! Staff who checked me in and out were friendly, professional, helpful and an asset to the company in my opinion. Grab and go breakfast was perfect! Thanks for a great experience!”

“Stayed here a week, 4/7-14; place was great at an amazing rate. Room was clean and everything worked. All the employees were polite, helpful and professional. Breakfast here is outstanding, with plenty of hot/cold options, juice, yogurt eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits/gravy and good coffee as well. Decent location with plenty of parking. We'll stay here again when we visit Albuquerque.”

“The husband and wife could come off rude but then I realized that that's just their personality... they were very good to us and didn't bother us... some day we could be back, you'll never know... thank u Motel 76...”

“A surprisingly quiet experience, considering the location. Solid, if typical, hotel room. Beds on the firmer side but acceptable. Shower enclosure is actually above average. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.”

“This hotel is a nice room. Although the rooms were a bit smallish it was clean and gave off a cheery appearance. The staff was super friendly and help ful. Had a continental breakfast and small indoor pool.”

“Priscilla, I want to thank you for your kindness during my time of grief. I had found out today that my family needed to put down our family dog. I needed to check in a few hours early to grief and Priscilla made that happen. Her kind words and the little cookie showed me so much kindness that I’ll never forget. Thank you.”

“Stayed here for work, so not sure about pricing. Hotel is dated and needs a remodel, but they take care of what they have. Room was clean and functional. Large TV. Staff all around were friendly and front desk was very organized and proactive with check in.

My favorite part is the restaurant. A coworker recommended the Green hatch Quesadilla. I'm not usually a quesadilla fan but it was amazingly delicious. Same with the famous Green hatch chile stew.

I have stayed at more modern hotels in downtown ABQ but Sheraton is more cozy and good food selection with shopping within walking distance.”

“Love this place due to its location BUT SOMEONE WALKED INTO MY ROOM!! Front desk assured me that it had to be staff but instead of apologizing they ran out of the room! They should have done better!
My room had a great view.
Love the convenience of the gas station being right there by the hotel..”
