“First time renting with enterprise and I couldn't have thanked Cristian more than enough with his customer service. Before our rental he gave us a call informing that the rental time pick up would be later than we needed and he worked with us on price adjustments for that delay. My partner and I under estimated how long we would need the truck for and called Enterprise to let them know and Cristian was also very very flexible with the issues we ran into and honestly it was scary as being first time renters with Enterprise but Cristian helped in ways that I couldn't be more thankful. He has such good work equity and I would highly recommend renting with him. I'm definitely coming back as he made us feel secure with our rental and he explains everything very well”

“First time I've ever used Penske's. Usually use Uhaul. There is no comparison between the two- Penske's is the best, bar none. The trailer doesn't have all the humps that take up space. Just a nice flat bed. Even has a dome light, so the trailer lights up beautifully. Last time I drove a Uhaul, I had a blowout on the interstate! And I mean massive a blowout. Penske tires were almost new. Bye Bye Uhaul. I'm a Penske gal from now on.”

“Mechanic was friendly, seemed honest, & checked a few things on my car for me at no cost. I got front brake pads & rotors replaced and he seemed to do a good job. However, it was by far the most expensive job I’ve ever paid for an axle of pads & rotors, over $500 and the original quote (just for pads only) was way lower. I understand adding the rotors will increase the cost but I didn’t expect over $500. Usually my mechanic from out of town does an axle of pads and rotors for $400 or less. So just FYI.”
