“Manager (JD I think?) was awesome. Great customer service skills, by connecting with customer and creating small talk to keep away from silences during the paperwork process. On top of that, even though I showed up about 15 minutes early the truck was ready to go with the dolly and furniture pads already in the back of the truck and ready for me to get to my move. It was a vastly better experience than I had at the last U-Haul place that overcharged me on top of a lack of customer service. Thanks again!”

“Chelsea just showed she has more knowledge about trailer wiring than many experts in town. I have a 2013 Lexus RX350 and needed to install a 4 flat to tow a trailer on my upcoming trip. 3 different locations that either specialize in towing or provide towing packages had no idea why the factory plug configuration did not match the harness I purchased. Chelsea did, and in less than 5 minutes I was ready to go. Thanks Chelsea!”
