About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental is a reliable and customer-focused car rental company, as evidenced by the positive experiences shared by its customers. When another rental company let down a customer, Budget stepped in and provided a vehicle without a reservation, showcasing their willingness to go above and beyond.
Customers who approach the company with a friendly and polite attitude are often rewarded with exceptional service. One reviewer, James, at the Albuquerque airport location, was praised for his pleasant, present, and affable demeanor. He worked diligently to accommodate the customer's request for a white car, and even offered a truck at no additional charge when the preferred option was unavailable.
While the company may occasionally face staffing challenges leading to longer wait times, the overall customer experience is positive. One customer received a free upgrade, and another highlighted Budget's reliability compared to alternative services like Turo, which had previously let them down.
In summary, Budget Car Rental is a customer-centric company that provides reliable and friendly service, making it a preferred choice for many travelers.

We rented an elite standard SUV and got a rundown Mazda with the brake shaking every time. Driverseat side covers was fallowing off. The car was beyond dirty and had over 39,000 miles. Pickup and drop off was fast and easy.

Fastbreak was truly fast. I arrived during Balloon Festival and Budget had a sign up that Fastbreak customers can proceed directly to the kiosk in the lot. Walked right up no wait, and they had my car ready to go. Entire process took 2-3 minutes. Phenomenal execution during peak time.
