I'm not going to lie, I came in a bit of mood because of some issues I was having with a car that I had just purchased as well as the warranty provider of that car (that's for another review). When I came to pick up the car I reserved through Priceline, I wasn't in the best mood. But QK (I lost his business card but remember the initials) was calm and professional. This left a big impression on me. When I needed to rent a vehicle for 8 more days, I felt confident in booking my rental at this Enterprise location. “The Day You Rent Away I almost can't believe I'm writing a five-star review for a car rental place, and yet here I am. We did technically have our rental thru Alamo® but there was no one at their desk (it was Christmas day), so we were sent here to their sister company at Enterprise® to complete the transaction. The Good: *Booked thru Costco for an eight-day rental for a small SUV for less than $100/day--including taxes and fees. *The lady working the desk, Yvonne, was outstanding; friendly, fast, efficient, and didn't go too hard on the insurance upsell. *Once we were done, we were sent to the lot where a friendly gentleman named Miguel *ACTUALLY WALKED US TO OUR CAR*!! Lord, in heaven, I got a case of the vapors and thought I was going to pass out. These places usually just turn you loose in a sea of vehicles and say, "Good luck and don't let the door hit ya where the dog should've bit ya." I'm looking at you, Baltimore... =T The Meh: *They didn't have any small SUVs left (I felt that Seinfeld bit about taking but not keeping the reservation creep into my head), but fortunately, Miguel hooked us up with a Toyota® RAV4™ upgrade for free. The Ugly: *The car exterior was a bit dirty, and a few of the windows were downright filthy. I'm not sure if this car had just been returned and they hadn't had time to clean it yet or what? Regardless, it's not really a big deal. TLDR: I still can't believe I'm giving 5* to a car rental place, but they definitely deserve it. To quote Kramer: It's a Festivus Miracle!”

“I've been renting cars from this place over the weekends for many times now. What I liked about it was that it was never too crowded...the staff was always nice and friendly..and you can get in/out of the rental office and the parking spots fast within 5 min. I rented the cars often enough now that every week I returned a car..I got a greeting.."see you next week!"All the cars I rented (standard midsized and SUVs) were all in great condition. I think once...I even got a brand new car to drive with less than 20 miles on the odometer!Overall...I highly suggest this place for rental cars. The prices I got were pretty good and they don't do the annoying push for some upsells that other places typically do...which was nice!Great staff and convenient location for reliable and reasonably priced rental cars for sure!”

“Kind service and decent truck. Prices were fair and the rental process was easy. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I did not receive all the extra items I reserved. Although, they did remove the charge: not having the dolly made my move way harder and put way more stress on my movers. (0:Booked a five-day rental thru Costco Travel** for $280 ($380 w/ taxes and fees [ouch]) and picked it up at the ABQ Car Rental Facility. The Good:*Great service from James, who was affable, fast, and didn't push the insurance upsell too hard. *Car was clean and didn't smell like cigarettes, which had been our luck as of late w/ rentals.*Arrived on a mid-morning Tue, and there were no lines and at least three people working their customer service area. The Meh:*Car exterior is in rough shape. The Ugly:*I'm not a fan of the overly crowded bus rides to get from airports to the car rental facilities. This is nothing to do with the car rental, but I'm just venting. TLDR: Overall, it was a good positive experience, but that may not always be the case based on the other reviews. However, I will say that car rentals are one of those Yelp categories that nobody thinks to review unless they're pissed off about something, so that may always tend to skew the ratings. Just food for thought. **Pro Tip: Always book your car thru Costco as early as possible to ensure you have one ready, but about a month before your trip, check the rates again. I've saved literally hundreds of dollars this way; this rental was originally over $500, but after checking a month before, I was able to secure it for $380.”
