“This is actually Juli but I just have to say how impressed I was with the manager at Enterprise Downtown Albuquerque. There were 6 people in line ahead of me when I went to pick up my rental and she was the only worker. She had a smile on her face the whole time I was there and never got frustrated with any of the customers. She took her time with everyone and explained the process fully while maintaining her professional attitude!

FIRST TIME AND DEFINITELY RETURNING CUSTOMER! Had an excellent experience with Avis car rental! We rented a Kia Telluride and drove all the way to Arizona and back in total comfort. The ride was smooth, spacious, and perfect for a long trip.
One of the best parts was how affordable it was to fill up—only about 18 gallons max, which kept fuel costs low.
A huge shoutout to Silvia, who helped us during both pick-up and drop-off. He was amazing and truly made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable.

“The experience of picking up the car was a bit rocky. Gold member board indicated we needed to see someone at the desk. Waited at the Gold member counter for a while without seeing anyone, and finally went to the main counter. There I received prompt help and an explanation. It seems that, as a Gold member, I am not supposed to check in ahead of time as prompted by the emails and text messages I received from Hertz.(frustrating!) Doing so messes up Gold member reservations. Anyway, the issue was quickly resolved and all was great from there. The car I wanted was still held for me. It was clean, fairly new, and was perfect for the 8 days of traversing NM and CO. Returning the car was, as always, a breeze.”

“We rented a Nissan Versa here for our week-long visit to New Mexico. The check in went very quickly, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The same when we returned the vehicle.
The car had excellent fuel economy. Our only concern was the way the engine revved whole going uphill over 60 mph. We had no problems at all with the vehicle or any of our experience with this car rental agency.”
“Absolutely an amazing experience especially with the girl at front desk she was so friendly and curtious she got us the car with a debit card and deposit, I only wish on the app to reserve the car you would put you prefer a credit card because it says Debit/credit card it did say they might have you pay a deposit but not run a credit check and that ended up not being bad at all I only wish I got the girls name she was absolutely amazing it was at the Thirty Airport in Alb NM she had red hair and so beautiful but sooo absolutely friendly and helped us get the car we came from out of town to rent one and didn't know about the debit card but we got it and we are looking forward to another trip to rent from you Thank you Thrifty now I just hope to get my deposit back lol ?”
