It's not fair to just be rating this rental agency or location, but:
WHAT IS THE DEAL?!! I can't find a rental anywhere in Albuquerque or Roswell, at ANY rental company on a Wednesday?!

So far it was fast since I did most of what they needed online. I had a 30 minute lunch break and managed to get it done right away.

Rented in Albuquerque and drove to Roswell, NM. Both agencies were great. Drop off using the drop box in Roswell was a breeze - even got a refund on part of my rental, and I have no idea why. Ha!
