We went in last Saturday and I was worried because it was very busy when we got there. Duncan showed us the process and made my kiddos feel special about their birthdays. Super fun store!

I went in recently to get a gift for my niece and was very pleased with my first ever experience in a Build-A-Bear, It was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind, Duncan took care of us and my niece couldn't be happier!
