“This is actually Juli but I just have to say how impressed I was with the manager at Enterprise Downtown Albuquerque. There were 6 people in line ahead of me when I went to pick up my rental and she was the only worker. She had a smile on her face the whole time I was there and never got frustrated with any of the customers. She took her time with everyone and explained the process fully while maintaining her professional attitude!

“First time renting a vehicle had an emergency situation while I was driving for Uber and Mr. Andrew put my worries at ease. He also told me that I was eligible for other things due to my hard work from Uber and it seems like I’m gonna be in business with you guys for quite some time learned a lot, and was a very good guy. I appreciate everything he did for me he and Edallie hope I spelt that right. We’re very tentative and they left me with a clean car to rent.”
“I returned the car with a full tank and was charged undue fuel taxes. Not only was my word not accepted, but customer support wouldn't accept the fueling information from my credit card, with a well-defined place and time. -- Update: after replying to a survey about the rent, an Avis Operations Manager issued a refund for the extra charge.”

“Typically I have used Alamo or National as Hertz prices tended to be higher. This time the price was about the same so thought I would go with Herrz. Flawless experience. I chose the skip the line option. I was allowed to choose any vehicle in a row of them. I chose one with 9900 miles in perfect condition.
At the exit booth leaving the lot, Jay was the person who checked the drivers license etc. He is amazingly nice, much more so than expected.
The vehicle worked great no problems. Drop off was easy and non eventful. Overall quite impressed with our experience.”

“We rented a Nissan Versa here for our week-long visit to New Mexico. The check in went very quickly, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The same when we returned the vehicle.
The car had excellent fuel economy. Our only concern was the way the engine revved whole going uphill over 60 mph. We had no problems at all with the vehicle or any of our experience with this car rental agency.”
