“Someone slammed into me in a parking lot and my car had to be in the body shop for seven weeks. The entire thing was a nightmare and the only solace in the entire thing was this enterprise. They picked me up on the day I dropped the car off at the body shop, did an efficient check in, and got me on my way, and to work on time. After having a certain vehicle for a couple weeks, Allison called me and said that car was going to leave their fleet, so they needed to get me a new car. Instead of having me come in to do this, she came to my office, quite far from their location, and switched out the vehicles. She called me when she was almost there so we could make the switch as fast as possible. Any time I called with a question, whoever answered the phone was always kind and efficient. This location is no where near my home or work, but I would go out of my way to use them again if need be.”

“My recent experience was overall professional and pleasant. I needed to be picked up and had to change my reservation a bit and Kader was most accommodating. My vehicle was comparable to what I reserved and clean. My only complaint, and please be aware, you must carry full coverage insurance or you will have to purchase full coverage insurance through enterprise. If this has always been a rule, it has NEVER been enforced. The insurance alone tacked on hundreds of dollars to my bill that I was not prepared to deal with. Otherwise, I received a call a few days into my trip asking if I'd like to extend my reservation, which I did need to do. This was a welcomed and convenient service. I was able to get a ride home after returning my rental as well which is such a nice service. Everyone at this Enterprise location (San Mateo) has always been pleasant and professional. I will definitely use them again.

“Do you know how many times, I had to drive up and down Montgomery Blvd. Trying to find this location.... Many, many times. The registration printout from the website DOES NOT LIST THE ADDRESS but just the old, old name of the strip mall.

“Typically I have used Alamo or National as Hertz prices tended to be higher. This time the price was about the same so thought I would go with Herrz. Flawless experience. I chose the skip the line option. I was allowed to choose any vehicle in a row of them. I chose one with 9900 miles in perfect condition.
At the exit booth leaving the lot, Jay was the person who checked the drivers license etc. He is amazingly nice, much more so than expected.
The vehicle worked great no problems. Drop off was easy and non eventful. Overall quite impressed with our experience.”
