“Marcos, you are the BEST! This was the most amazing experience I have ever had! After doing business with U-haul for nearly 2 years I returned to them to rent a truck for an unexpected and stressful move. The way I was treated at the facility behind Walmart on the West Side of Albuquerque, was enough to never consider using them ever again… for ANYTHING! I found Penske at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. From the initial call, until the return of the truck, our experience was great. We’ve had so many things to worry about and still do. But the one thing that helped my husband and I thru this whole part of our move was the way we were treated by Penske. They were very considerate and catering to us in every way. Marcos is at the location inside the Alameda West Storage on Coors Bypass. If you ever need any kind of truck for a move, home repairs, hauling…. anything please with no hesitation CALL MARCOS! He will put you in the truck you need. He will make sure you leave happy and worry free. I could not be more satisfied with this guy! He made our experience worth writing and rating. Something I don’t usually do. But I am taking all my business to him and I suggest all of you out there do the same. He is worth the try definitely. I told all my friends and family how disappointed I am in U-haul. “The car I was towing with a U-Haul from Texas to Idaho got broken into overnight in Abq. I needed some quick help to get the car off the trailer so I could have the window fixed and get back on the road. First I called another place, the U-Haul Moving & Storage at Eubank, and they told me they wouldn't help for some complicated reason (which really means they just didn't feel like dealing with it). I called Leonard Tire and they said sure. Took them 2-3 minutes to get the car off the trailer for me, and they let me leave the whole rig there while I got my window fixed. They also looked into my insurance and let me know that I actually had coverage for the damage to the window. They were very helpful during a hectic time.”

But when I returned the vehicle this amazing employee helped me out wished I got his name because he was very helpful and understanding!!Also didn’t like that I got the truck empty and a check engine light on…. “Alejandra was great to work with and very helpful in reservations, setup and pickup. She also fixed a mileage issue with the end of trip office. Yea Alejandra! I rented a 26' truck and drove 1000 miles in it. The truck had an alignment problem. Let's just say I never veered into opposing traffic. The cab dome light didn't work either. Note that the other major truck rental company counts the 26' from their overhead bin area. So it's not a full 26'. Budget's truck is the full 26'. Easy to drive but understandably sluggish up hills when fully loaded. .”

“Ive read some of the comments on here and the ones that say horrible things are completely wrong... He is also an awesome mechanic that gives me the most honest prices and best prices. So when you walk into the office to rent a uhaul keep in mind its also a full mechanic shop! He is the nicest and honest person, so if you don't like hearing the truth mqybe dont go here. I also returned my uhaul here and again he made sure everything was taking care of properly. I'd recommend him to others and actually have.”

“I only dropped off my 15ft rental truck at the M & S location after hrs, so had no real dealing with them. However, M & S has been in business for a great many yrs, so they must do a decent job I would think. Would have given 5 star review, except for the California location dropping the ball on my pick up reservation. Had to drive a 3hr round trip through So-Cal traffic & 50 combined miles of bad mountain road, instead of the 1 mile round trip at reserved mountain top location, to pick up my rental. I will say that the young lady (Maria) at the Lake Elsinore agent was very kind/helpful & did everything she could to make some of frustration ease & it is much appreciated, so thank you Maria! After firing off a "I'm not happy" email, a nice/helpful young lad (Gary Smith) called me the next morning & did what he could to further ease my frustration. Again, that's very much appreciated! While they're offer was insufficient, I'm sure young Mr Smith did everything his boss would allow & that's certainly all I could expect of him, so again, Thank you Gary!With all that said, I'll be doing business with UHaul again in the future. “This man is incredible! I called brake masters to get a general idea of what this job was going to cost me and went into shock!I took the wife's car to Brakes unlimited to get an estimate. Dave kept the car and said he would call me. A few hours later, the call came and he suggested I replace the four rotors. He said my brake pads still had about 30k miles so I wouldn't have to replace them yet. Since his estimate came in at half the price of brake masters, I just told him to replace the pads as well! He was more than fair, gave a better warranty than the other guys and I had the car back by 4pm. I've had my truck done by this man and he seems to really care about you and your car.
