About Core-Mark
Core-Mark is a business that opens early at 4 a.m. for deliveries, operating on a first-come, first-served basis. The entrance can be tricky to find, as it’s next to a power company and has a less obvious driveway, but once inside, there is plenty of space to maneuver trailers. Drivers should be prepared with tools to break bolt-style seals, as bolt cutters are not available on-site. The unloading process is generally straightforward, with some reviews noting quick unloading times of around two hours and friendly staff in receiving. However, some drivers experience long waits for paperwork after unloading. The facility is not busy and offers enough room inside, with parking available on the street behind the building, especially when the gate is closed. Overall, many find it a good place to deliver, with friendly staff and manageable procedures, though a few mention that the staff can have a serious attitude at times.

If you get there early and parking is available on premise, you can park there in front of gate...if not, go around back of building through Alexandria st and....plenty of parking on back street.

Gate opens at 4AM. First come First serve. Was met at the gate to receive bills and he knocked on other drivers door to receive his bills. If you have a bolt style seal be sure to have something to break it with. They do not have bolt cutters
