“The delivery driver, Alvaro, was exceptionally helpful, could not ask for anyone better! He went well beyond what he was required to do, helped get the old bed out and new bed in. I can't lift heavy stuff any more so would not have been able to accept the new bed, but he took care of everything. This world would be a better place if everyone was as nice and sympathetic as Alvaro is! Mattress Firm is lucky to have him.”

“This is our favorite costco to go to. Today they were very busy but I was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time even though it is near christmas. If you need bulk items you can always find a good deal here. They have a pretty good selection of vegetables as well as meats and dairy products. When we were here a few days ago I forgot to pick up eggnog. Today when looking for it they were sold out for this season. I asked an employee just to be sure and he said they were out.”

“I've had Costco memberships off and on since young adulthood depending on where I was living. Each time I've been happy with the products and prices both in store and online. For the first time, today I had a return. I had thus item for awhile but had seldom used it due to a rigorous travel schedule. I returned from a trip and it no longer worked for no ascertainable reason. I called Costco to inquire about options and was told to bring it in. I was cheerfully refunded with no questions asked. Good job, Costco!”

They know what they're doing, and they are patient with you when you don't. On my first visit, they double checked the order when they handed it to me. They found something they didn't like, took it back and had a new mat cut within 5 minutes. Highly recommend.”
