Courtyard Albuquerque is a hotel suitable for both business trips and short breaks, though some guests find it more oriented toward work travelers. The location is noted as beautiful and provides easy access to the city, with some rooms offering a great mountain view. A downside is potential noise from the nearby freeway. The property features a nice courtyard, a coffee shop, and a café. An interesting food setup is mentioned, though breakfast is an additional charge and compared to a typical free hotel buffet. Guest experiences with staff and service vary widely. Many reviews highlight extremely kind and superior customer service, with staff described as accommodating and quick to resolve issues. However, other reports mention employees who seemed uninformed, inattentive during events, or unprofessional. The rooms are generally nice, though some show minor wear like scratches. Some rooms lacked a microwave, and issues were noted with non-working remotes or minor maintenance concerns like small specks of mold in a tub. Water pressure is praised as good and hot. Overall, the place is considered good by many, but experiences can be inconsistent.
Everything went well during my stay for one night. As a member I got coffee in the morning. Interesting food setup. You have to pay for breakfast which consists of the same style food that is to be found at the typical free hotel buffet. If you just plan on that will meet expectations.
