“I was at Marshall’s today and the checkout line was extremely long. There was only one cashier, Gail, working the cash wrap. She repeatedly called over the loudspeaker for two additional cashiers to come help, and no one ever showed up, which was honestly really strange.
That said, Gail was amazing. She worked her butt off trying to move the line as quickly as possible, stayed calm, and was very sweet and friendly the entire time despite being clearly overwhelmed. She deserves major credit. 10 plus stars for Gail!!
Management, however, should really be evaluated. One employee should not be left alone to handle that kind of volume, especially when help is being requested multiple times and ignored. It wasn’t fair to Gail or the customers.”

“It's an interesting place to visit / shop, but it's kind of an overstock type store where if you find something one week it may not be available the next week. Prices are fair and a lot of inventory. You might just find something you didn't know you needed.”
“It was two days before Christmas. The store was packed. I was door dashing, and I was getting a little overwhelmed. I had two orders and Cinnamon, the best employee saved the day. She helped me find all the things I needed. And I was able to decompress when I got out of the store with all the help that she provided. Thank you Cinnamon for being so kind and helpful.”

“I'm constantly surprised by how affordable some of the men's styles are here. I normally get a lot of my button downs for around $120 and the ones here are often slightly less high quality, but just as fashionable. The British brands sold here also tend to fit me better. And there is a pretty decent selection of nice men's shoes too!”
“I kind of hate Walmart but I love the smaller neighborhood markets The pharmacy is great they recommended it to me at Walgreens and it's great to pick up prescriptions and also be able to shop for groceries at the same time. “Good customer service begins with a smile, eye contact, and friendly conversation. Excellent customer service goes a step further by offering recommendations that can help customers save money. Today, I visited this location and was warmly greeted by Yobanni, who assisted me at checkout. He was very friendly and went above and beyond by asking if I had checked for any coupons on their website that could help me save even more on my purchase. He guided me through the process of finding these coupons and successfully applied an additional 20% discount to my already on-sale items. Thanks to his assistance, I was able to save an extra $56. Great job, Yobanni! Thank you for providing such outstanding service and making me a returning customer.”
“I have been to this store many times, but lately maybe in the last 3 or 4 months it’s been so much nicer to go there. It’s clean, organized, neat, the aisles are neatly organized, no lore boxes piles up in strange places, today it was even decorated for Valentine’s Day. I was like WoW!!! Too bad I can’t post pictures here but I would because I took a couple, the place has heart ♥️ balloons ? everywhere. Looks so festive and welcoming. Congratulations to the staff at this store looks like they got it under control. ??????”
“Lady at JCPenney's was very nice to me. It helped me out with everything I needed. The weight was short, not very expensive. Christmas was great. JCPenney's employee was very helpful with everything I needed. Definitely will be going back there”

She asks how I'm doing and if there is anything she can help me with. She has even checked the back for a particular product that I am looking for.”
“There's a lot of really nice fragrances here for men and women the only thing I didn't like was the fact that they were a little pushy and trying to sell something so that's why I gave four stars but all in all pretty cool little store to get some high-end quality stuff”

“Ross is back to being a good place to shop again. No security pat downs upon entry, no mandatory wait while LP checks you out for risk potential, it's a pleasant experience again like a normal store. Decent selection turnover, always some new goodie to find there.”
“I have to just say it is always a pleasure to shop in this particular store! The manager is so sweet. She’s always very very nice, helpful knowledgeable, and is always willing to help her customers! Actually, all of her sales associates are just so very, very nice! Willing to go above and beyond to help you! The store is always clean. Well organized. I always leave feeling happy. I have to add after dealing with big lots horrible security guard the Marshall security guard is night and day so nice smiles help you to your car you literally leave feeling very safe and happy with your purchases! This is my favorite store”

“Great selection of women's clothing. Unfortunately, the fitting rooms in the back of the store are closed, and only TWO makeshift fitting rooms for men and women are located near the entrance. Upon entering, I was stopped so that my face could be scanned in the event that I'm a shoplifter.”
“Sylvia is the most patient cashier you will ever meet.
I have to share my experience with Sylvia, who works as a cashier at this Dollar Tree location. Every single time I visit (and I'm a regular customer), something seems to go wrong during checkout - my debit card acts up, I need to use multiple payment methods, or I have to return items. Despite these recurring complications that would frustrate most people, Sylvia has never once shown impatience or treated me differently.
Her professionalism is absolutely remarkable. Sylvia handles every transaction hiccup with understanding. She never makes me feel rushed, embarrassed, or like I'm causing problems, even though my checkouts consistently take longer than average. Her consistent patience and positive attitude, visit after visit, truly sets her apart. In a time when people are always in a hurry, Sylvia demonstrates noteworthy poise when facing difficult situations.”

“This is a benefit of being a veteran and qualifying to shop here. It's a small store when compared to other exchanges I've been to. It's bright and looks modern. They've recently added self checkout, so you can get in & out quickly. They've got a decent selection of electronics, clothing, jewelry & shoes. Firearms are also available at sometimes a significant savings - again most not in stock can be ordered and delivered to the store. Once again everything bought here is tax free. Not a bad place to shop”
