The office was clean and offered a wide selection of affordable eyewear from various name brands, and they also make prescription glasses in-store. Dr. Pacheco is super amazing! She's friendly and very welcoming. The staff was great as well. Glasses can be expensive, and when customers asked for a breakdown of the total costs, there were 'optional' add-ons (like scratch resistant and anti-glare coating) that they said their system, "could not be taken off." However, the customers still wanted these features. Dr. Pacheco is such a wonderful, warm, and knowledgeable doctor. It's like visiting a friend who happens to be your eye doctor. Everyone that works at the clinic was great! The staff was really nice, informative and helpful. Customers appreciate the reliable eye doctor and team. Customers really liked that Dr. Pacheco was knowledgeable and explained well about their eye health and overall health, and how they relate, interact and affect each other. Customers will definitely be using her advice and recommendations. The staff was friendly, and easily and professionally tested and prepared customers during their appointments to have a great experience with Dr. Pacheco.
