“This is the best location in town, in my opinion They had three employees running registers when I was there on a busy Saturday... Many other locations in town will have one employee regardless of the day of the week Although this location does not have the self check out lanes, it does have the cleanest and most organized shelves of any dollar tree I have ever been in If you are the type that likes to swing through and look for deals, this store is one you should check out... I have seen the store stock change completely in a matter of a week here because they get so much traffic Although this is a large location, definitely don't miss out on some of the other small locations in town... I have noticed that you cannot get the same thing at two different stores, even though this one is larger it does not have the same selection as some of the smaller stores in some departments”

“This has been the best location I visited in all the years I've been in Albuquerque. Tati is the manager and she does an excellent job providing customer service. Also her cashier's and stockers do a fine job keeping the store in shape and in order. Is a delight to shopping list location . With great customer service every time . “Thoughts about some of posts below. I am a vendor here at Antiques & Things so admittedly mine are not totally unbiased comments.• Several have posted that A&T vendors do not offer any discounts. Most vendors will consider offers on any item whose original price is over $30. Someone at the front counter can help you negotiate this.• It is unfortunate that a customer got the impression that the store is anti-LGBTQ. Wow. Sorry you had this impression, but really the store is very LGBTQ friendly!• To those complaining about the heat or cold. Keeping this large, old building comfortable is a challenge. All I can say is that the management does its best to address heating and cooling issues as quickly as possible. We are proud that this vintage space, with its original wood flooring and high ceilings, can still offer Albuquerque an enjoyable retail experience. I hope that all, whether you had a less than stellar experience or a great one, will come back to shop and spend time at Antiques & Things. We look forward to seeing you.”
“This place is great! They had so many things. Tons of different posters, candy, snacks, novelty drinks, T-shirts, bored games, and a ton of decorations for both interior and exterior. Most everything was priced pretty good! Good place to shop for small gifts/stocking stuffers.”
“I haven’t been to this location in maybe a year and it is a 180 flip in the best way. You can tell they really take pride in the stores cleanliness and organization. The products are organized and the display is appealing to browse. Also the staff is welcoming, the Italian guys that run the place are awesome. It’s feels like a safe location and the best customer service ever! I’ll be going more to this location.”
“Another great Dollar Tree location! Employees were actively stocking shelves. I appreciated the organization and cleanliness of the store too. Something else that caught my eye was there was a homeless man who purchased some things for himself and his dog. He paid in change and the woman at the register was very patient and kind towards him. There was another woman who helped me check the price on some cards that were advertised as 2/$1. The ones I wanted ended up being a $1, but she still took the time to check for me. I really appreciated this.”
“Am usually pretty happy with my visits here except they're out of a lot of stuff a lot of the time. But i just usually find something else that's close to what i was looking for.
Except what is up with the security people there!
On one of visits to the dollar tree i picked up some dog food and proceeded to feed my dogs in the parking lot, we were parked in front of Petco mind you all the way near the trees not near anyone. Just as we were getting ready to go, the security person said you're gonna have to leave people are complaining about the dogs. First of all, we were only there long enough to buy 3 cans of dog food and open it and feed them. In that time i think 2 people might have passed by our car and not one walked up to security. My husband said no one came by while i was in the store either. So while dollar tree is a great place for things you need last minute or you forgot at the big box store, the security is a little bit too much wanting to be a cop and not enough doing what they get paid for, which is keeping the property safe and crime free. Last time i checked it wasn't a crime to feed your dogs in front of Petco!”

“Well, a week before Christmas and the store was packed. Two check out lines open. The wait was about 15 minutes. However it gave me and two other delightful ladies a chance to slow down and talk to each other. A third and eventually a 4th line opened but we were happy to stay in our line and share stories.”

“This is my go to store I go there all the time tonight I found some beach towels & they refused to sell them to me because they rang up a penny they told me they are sent back & have to get a credit for them I never heard that before! Anyway I want to know what the policy is for a situation like this cause they were on the floor for me to buy”

“These place is where I found beautiful treasures. It is just a matter of patience. Large variety of items and great selection of shoes. Some people working in there are not up to customer service standards but there is some lovely people that may assist you. Especially this beautiful African American lady, she is a gem!!!”

“I visit dollar tree often. I live close by this one on Coors and Sequoia but for some reason always go to another one much further away. I came by this closer to me and man is that store put together nicely! Everything I went for was easy to find and neatly stocked. Other than a couple items out of spot as like what happens in stores, this store was stocked so nice and neat! I not only found what I went for but a few things I didn't realize dollar tree had that I needed as well and didn't have to stop at another store. The employees are super friendly and helpful! I will start shopping here from now on!”

“I've been to Big Lot's the very first time it opened. It closed a couple of stores here. I was afraid they close another favorite store of mine. Now I'm extremely disappointed, because I was Rewards customer. I will miss Rewards Days . Everything you bought was 20% off. I definitely stocked up on laundry detergent, laundry dryer softener sheets and the crystals you put while washing to make cloth”
