Richard Martinez is a great customer service representative. He is personable and helpful with a smile, professional, and goes above and beyond for the customers. I, as a customer, appreciate that. I would hire him in a heartbeat!! Keep up the good work. If DK is smart they'll move Richard Martinez up to management.
