Not sure why they don’t have higher ratings. I had a very great experience with them as well as very communicative when I had questions regarding my delivery. Pricing was exactly what I was looking for and the delivery drivers also installed the appliances making sure everything worked as should👌

We have been going to El Duke for years and have never had a problem with any of the appliances we have gotten. We just bought a new to us washer that is the same as the one that broke down after having it for years. Wonderfully helpful.
