“The owner of Edith Appliance went out of his way to make sure I had a washing machine installed that I was happy with. The first machine was installed this Monday-- but it had some issues. I went in on Wednesday worried I might be stuck dealing with service issues. Instead he quickly offered to replace the washer and let me pick out another machine. Today, Friday he came in his own personal truck and installed it after I got off work. He took the time to check everything was in working order, all the temperatures dialed in and ran it through a spin cycle. The machine looks brand new and ran great. I really appreciate his time and help. I'm not rich and I work hard to support myself so his understanding of my schedule and need to have a reliable washing machine was a godsend. At my age it's tough lugging clothes to and from the Laundromat as I have now for over a year. Thank you sincerely!”

My original post: Over the past 5 years I've purchased a fridge, dishwasher, and a full TV setup from Baillio's. I've discovered that when it comes to these items, you can pretty much get what you want from most any store selling them. But what you don't always get is outstanding service. With Baillio's, I have always been impressed with their selection, prices, attitude, helpfulness, service and on-time delivery. They really keep you informed so you don't have to sit around all day and wait for them. Their delivery and set-up service has been impressive. “This IS a Happy New Year!
Our 6-month-old Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator water dispenser started sputtering, then a few weeks later it started hesitating several seconds before the water dispensed, then a week or so later, stopped dispensing water altogether. Over those several weeks, water must have been leaking slowly because the baseboard along the wall that surrounds the fridge started to separate just a bit from the drywall. A new filter resulted in a nice flow of water from the dispenser, but within a minute we noted a water leak oozing from the beneath the fridge.
Who you gonna call? DALTON SERVICE REPAIR. Who you gonna ask for? PATRICK. This guy is amazing: he was on time, wore paper booties to protect our floor, listened to the history of problems and made an accurate diagnosis. Then he got down to business and fixed the problem! Patrick is personable, knowledgeable, and an absolute expert appliance repair technician. He cleaned his work area and left us with big smiles.

“It's Monday, and I need a bathtub and valves by Saturday- haven't even thought about all the hardware, fixtures, and sinks! I am thankful for Hannah Hughes at Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery. I am sensitive to knowing and expecting "KIND customer service". Hannah spent at least 2 hours helping me not only get what I needed for Saturday, but working with me patiently, without a goal to "make a sale". She answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and she gave me some great ideas and advice- she is so knowledgeable of all aspects of her work. And patience galore! She got my bathtub delivered the next day and had me jot down the questions I needed to ask our builder regarding sinks, faucets and lighting. In the end..... I will be back soon to order whatever else is next. Thank you Hannah and Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery for a positive experience.”

“Stereo installer helped me out after the other Best Buy installer at the other place in Albuquerque forgot to install an antenna for my satellite radio to be able to pick up a signal. Was very efficient and friendly. Wouldn't have been as big of a deal except that I live 3 1/2 hours away so it required 2 trips to get my stereo installed.”
