I worked with Vanessa to tour the facilities and rent a unit. The office, outdoor areas and units were all well maintained and clean. Vanessa was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I also really appreciate that ExtraSpace staffs its locations and has an easily accessible main office.
