“I was looking for a storage unit for an organization I belong to. I checked out a couple of them but Nigel at Extra Space Storage at Montgomery and Eubank went the extra distance. He explained everything, got a phone number for a key guy if we needed extra keys. Nigel's professional manner and helpfulness.made this an easy decision. One thing.i always look at in a business is if it is clean. This place is spotless!”
“Went to see a unit on Labor Day and Andrew was super helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He is the only reason I am giving 5 stars. On Sunday we called JUST to see if the location’s office would be open on Labor Day. The first guy tried to rent us a unit right then even though we kept saying we wanted to look at units first and just wanted to know if the location would be open. After about 10 minutes he said he was going to call the property manager to see if they would be open on Monday. He proceeded to hang up on us. We called back and got a just as useless person. He tried to reserve a unit for us as well and we again said all we wanted was to know if the location office would be open the next day. He said “to be completely honest with you, if you are not already a customer, the location will be closed.” He lied. They were open and we are back to Andrew. It’s only because of him that we rented a unit.”
“Move in was quick and east to the 2nd floor using the elevator and trolly, 3x and done in a half hr...can't beat that. Facility is well run, staff is efficient and friendly.”

“This facility is extremely clean. I’ve had my unit for almost 4 years. Every time I go the staff is always there and incredibly nice. It is a climate controlled environment so my stuff stays new as the day I left it. I never have issues with dust or bugs. The redone facility is also very clean. I enjoy being able to store my belonging in a place that also feels safe when I go alone. Jack is always so kind doesn’t mind providing me great customer service when I have a millions questions. I would recommend this facility for anyone looking to keep their belongings safe and clean. Thank you Jack for all your help!”

Kimberly Ryan was professional and a delight. She answered all my questions fully. She was wonderful in that she showed me the unit I was about to rent and continued to talk about the advantages of climate control and the security of this site. She explained how the gate to enter works and suggested their app to make it even easier.
Extra Space Storage is the best of the best from the cleanliness to security it is a very well thought out site. You may get a less expensive unit but you won’t have Kimberly and a wonderful space to store your precious belongings. And all your stuff is precious and they insure it stays that way, precious.

“I had a short stay at this location (less than a month) and the customer service was unmatched! One day I accidentally left my storage unit open and I got a call within 30 minutes to let me know. And most recently, I had a moving company meet my wife at the storage unit to move everything to my new home, and the front desk called me just to verify that I was aware of it, since I wasn’t on ground. I can’t find a negative thing to say about this location!”
