It helps felons get back to being a citizen of society I work there and I like it it also helps us out with housing and it pays pretty good you might only work 20 hours a week but it's good and then you also are able to get some certificates it's programs and it's only an eight-month program altogether

Words cannot express how thankful I am for all of the help they have given me. I was struggling to find gainful employment and provide for my family. They helped me get my CDL, gave me a job as a semi truck driver, and helped me buy my first home. I couldn't have done it without Fathers Building Futures!!!!

Fathers Building Futures is a non-profit organization, we are nationally recognized for our efforts to work with previously incarcerated fathers to provide on-the-job training, so they can break the cycle of incarceration, support their families, and provide meaningful and useful services to their community. At Fathers Building Futures, formerly incarcerated fathers are given the chance to receive on-the-job training, financial education, mentor ship, peer support and parenting groups, FBF supports clients to not only enter back into New Mexico’s workforce but back into the lives of their families.
