The team is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, with experience across all makes and models. They do a great job, get work done on time, and provide quality work and customer service. The service desk is great, remembers customers, and tries to get the best price. Some visits are okay, though wait times can sometimes be long. Customers are happy with the reliable and affordable auto care and many state they will always come back to this location.

Just had the works done to my car at this Firestone. Everyone was professional, courteous, so personable and kind! I worked with Sam-she went over and above to help me and did an awesome job walking me through my options. I was very pleased with how everything turned out and how kind they all were! Will certainly be back

I take my truck here for oil changes, brakes, and other maintenance I don't want to do myself. They do a great job and get it done on time. Very happy with the quality of work and customer service.
