The team onsite are good people but they have their hands tied by their paychecks - they drained all my oil to find out what was wrong with my car and then their corporate office is refusing to take responsibility for a faulty part installed and stated that I had a major oil leak. I am happy to have our car repair completed. It took way too long. I believe, we left our vehicle all day, then by the end of the day. The parts were wrong, finally completed it the next day. So be careful and ask specific questions. But, overall it was, "okay". I expected better from a national chain.

Before I got out of the car, someone stated it will be tomorrow before we can see anything. And they were not wrong. So we Thanked them for their time. And left the garage.
