Everytime I go into this bank the Employees treat me with the kind of old fashioned respect and courtesy that has become all too uncommon today. Karina and Alicia were very helpful today.

The staff at the Jefferson location are very friendly and are always cheerful. They will greet you immediately. Alicia and Chris are always knowledgeable and great to ask about financial advice. All the ladies are also very kind and efficient! The branch staff is also very professional.

I had a great experience with First National. I had to use a notary and Alicia Grossklas was great! She was very friendly and answered all the questions I had!!! Will use again in the future.
