“I visited this location as I recently opened my FCB account out-of-state. The service that Maria Guillermo, branch supervisor, provided was top notch. I have been having issues connecting my money-transfer app to my FCB account and Maria provided a tier one experience during their rush - i arrived minutes after opening. The line is stood in went relatively fast... but Maria is key to that experience. As supervisor she sets the tone for the other associates, as Branch Supervisor, and it was clear today. As she assisted me, another teller approached her with an issue and she addressed it efficiently and professionally. She resolved my issue efficiently and professionally. I will return to this location for this one sole experience. I hope Maria helps me again. But even if she doesn't, I know I'm in good hands because she had a hand in all the associates' training. I want to also recognize Mateo Madrid, Branch Manager. I have not met him but a significant contribution was made by him that led to my stellar experience. I met him through the efficient and professional service I received today. Thank you Maria and thank you Mateo. I will be returning and have already mentioned this outstanding branch to a branch manager at another bank location and will continue sharing this story as it comes up. How could I not submit a review here? 5 stars all-around. Your team, Maria and Mateo, is good to go!”

“Montgomery plaza has lots of shops for you to shop at. They have Ross, Walgreens, GameStop, Verizon and lots of restaurants and a variety of other shops. They even have a charging station for Tesla's. One of the restaurants they have is Chick-fil-A, Domino's Pizza and Firehouse subs. I always go to Montgomery plaza to go to Walgreens to pick up my prescriptions. I'll definitely go back and shop some of the other stores.”

“I had a FC Bank account b4 I moved here from Myrtle Beach SC and where i opened my accountthere, was just a 'run of the mill' branch.. nothing great but this place is awesome for lack of better word. It's a half circle shaped building, 2 stories high, with the main counter in the center and hallways running the length on both sides. They have artwork and antiques all around fitting the area of New Mexico. It's almost a small museum. If u have an account& not from here, go check it out! Dam,I forgot pics but I'll update if I go back in & remember Anyway I like FC as a bank as well and the ppl working@ this location are all nice and helpful. Keep it up!..”

I was in a rush and he did everything in his power to make sure I was out in a timely manner. His attention to detail is amazing! I had walked up to the teller who had no one at her window and was talking with I believe the manager and Alfredo had to let them know to please help me. He even did things in the back ground to help them make it go by fast for me! If it wasn't for him I probably would have walked out! I am only giving a 4 because I do wish this location had a drive thru for convenience and also the fact the two ladies had me wait no a big deal but to me it wasn't busy and I think anytime you see a customer waiting regardless of what you are you doing they should be your first priority or put your sign up your closed if you are busy. I pay attention to stuff like that.”
