This place was recommended to me for green chile which I purchased but am very disappointed I purchased a sack of Hot green chile but it is not Hot at all not even a little bit. Guess its back to Rosales for me.

This is my new designated grocery place. I didn’t do my research for business hours and arrived here at like 0730 after work not knowing they open at 8am (all the doors were open, I assumed they were open.. oops), I did my little shopping, and the cashier still checked me out. Everything was unbelievably affordable and everyone is so nice ◡̈

These people sold me some green chile with slime and mold on it and wouldn't refund me my money. They are so stone cold faces here at this store and after 5 years of buying Chile there those days are over. They don't take things serious and could care less if someone ended up dead from Anaphylactic shock after eating moldcand slime. $200 down the drain but the food inspectors will be handling things from here in out. I wouldn't recommend this place EVER to anyone especially that they made every exc in the world as to how it was my fault because they don't seem to want to take responsibility. Very unprofessional group here.
The girl only got part of my story and only the parts she chose she took to the " manager " and he would give e me a chance to tell the whole story. I couldn't Callander hours to tell them because no one was there to answer the phone e so we had to wait to get off of work the following day to call the store. Them trying to justify do make things better. Even the envi department said that the mold shouldn't have formed in less them 3 days. There is no excuse for moldy chile. This picture will tell you that IM telling the truth.
Oh and I NEVER said I put them in my refrigerator immediately. I was clear both times he asked me that I left them in the cooler to cool down before I peeled them. The " manager " told me I had 4 hours 12 hour and then 8 hours and then 4 hours to pack the chile andfreeze it. He couldnt make up his mine because he tried his best to manipulate the situation. So I'm not sure if it's actually the " owner" who is responding to the review but if it is I can tell ya here or their that sir you are a liar and a thief. I never talked talked to you so how do you know what what said.?
I've been handling green chile since I was 7 and I'm beyond that age and I don't appreciate these individuals treating me as if I was. I was listening to the whole conversation via Bluetooth so this owner is trying to justify their poor behavior by lying about my son taking the Chile back. If someone else took their Chile back we'll there ya have it. You helped that individual clean out the cooler? Wow you needed to fetch rid of theevidence. Buti told you i was going to wrie a review and you said go ahead and i then told you i was also going to report you to the health inspectors and that shut you right on up. you weren't cocky and rude after that.

We went to fruit basket 7-31-24 for the colorado peaches. Don't buy them not ready hard as rocks. I could play baseball with them.
