“We’ve been enjoying chile from Rosales for many generations!! The quality is amazing and the taste never disappoints. We buy ristra, red chile powder, beans, roasted green chile and other delicious vegetables every year. We usually pick up our produce near Socorro where it’s grown, but every once in a while we visit the Albuquerque area to purchase our chile. Thank you Rosales for growing the best chile for our family!!”
“I bought a bag of blue corn pancake mix from here and about a week later in my pantry, I checked it and to my disgust it had maggots in it. MAGGOTS. This has never happened with anything else in my pantry, nor with other stores’ blue corn mix. Thoroughly disappointed as I am a out-of-town visitor and was visiting ABQ. Really wanted blue corn pancake mix.
