Guitar Center Albuquerque offers a wide selection of amps, drums, keyboards, recording gear, DJ equipment, lighting, and more from top brands like Fender and Gibson. The store is clean and has good customer service, with staff often asking if help is needed. The variety of guitars has improved over time. While some employees are very helpful and professional, others lack customer service skills and can be mean or angry, especially in guitar repair. During busy times, the staff can be stretched thin, leading to longer wait times at the register. Overall, as the biggest music store in town, it is worth visiting for both standard and specialty gear, with some staff members standing out for their professionalism.
