Just called this location at 11:28am to ask a question about an online order that was ready for me to pick up. I have to say…. You have the rudest employees. They shouldn’t even be answering the phone if they do not have any customer service skills. They probably shouldn’t even be working there considering they don’t know how to be professional, kind or have the ability to not get an attitude with customers. It was a female employee, who did not provide her name. What I can say is… now I have to go physically to the location because your employees are HORRIBLE. Should have gone to Lowe’s, because Home Depot just continues to disappoint. Way to set the bar low!

I had to ask for assistance 3 times and it took an hour to get help from an associate.

I frequent here often, like the selection of tools, wood, home improvement items, a pretty decent wide variety of appliances to choose from, the staff is exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond to say hello and see if you need anything which is fabulous and quite welcoming. My qualm is the veteran discount and the structure of the digital security as personal information was breeched prior, not sure if it was addressed or not, but that leaves a bad taste. Other than that, I have no issues with the staff, but the rest is the corporate structures, nothing to do with the environment of the store.
I'm just a tough cookie to please; I guess.

I am 62 years old and had always preferred HD over other national hardware store companies. That changed upon visiting this store. I simply needed help determining the diameter and thread spacing of a screw. I walked up to a customer service counter. A young girl was finishing up with a customer ahead of me. When that person left I walked up . The girl said she'd be right with me. Then a guy employee walked up. They talked (kind of flirted) for about 10 minutes. Never acknowledging me. Then the guy came over to the counter directly across from me and said, "how are you doing?" I began explaining the help I needed and before I got 5 words out he turned to the girl and began talking to her again. Both of them then left the area together. I was shocked. Another employee saw what they did and helped me. She said to go to a certain isle and someone would be there to help me. I waited about 15 minutes and nobody came. I flagged down a female employee who said I'd have to look for a similar screw in the dozens of little slide out compartments. I left, went to Ace, and had the identical screw I needed in about 5 minutes. HD has lost a long-time customer. I have never, in my long life, experienced any customer service as bad as this.

I thought the drive up pickup would be faster than going in to pick up what I needed but I waited 20 minutes in the curbside pickup. I ended up having to call to get my order brought out but they were very kind and apologetic. Apparently their system was glitchy that day. Great customer service, poor app functionality

My nine-year-old suggested that I leave a review after our experience yesterday, “so that they know what the problem is .”
We came in looking for two box fans, and asked all around the store, finally went up to customer service who told us that they’re not available. We let them know that online it shows there were 37 in stock, and they grudgingly let us know that they’re stored up high because it’s a summer item. We asked if they could get them down, and they grudgingly said that yes they could, but that it could take up to 30 minutes. They didn’t take our name to call us back to the front when the box fans had been brought to customer service, so we kept checking in at customer service, which they did not like. Finally, after 45 minutes and no indication we would ever receive the box fans, we left.
The reason my nine-year-old thought we should leave a review is because he repeatedly noticed as we walked around the store groups of employees clustered together hanging out and chitchatting. Including at customer service, who seemed interested in forming a Chat circle instead of assisting customers. I would never shop at this Home Depot again unless I was doing an order pick up and verified ahead of time that the item was ready. This is because customer service told us that we should do an order puck up. Loads of employees with nothing to do, but we were unable to be assisted. When we’re in the store, and the items are available, we should be able to get the items . We should not be expected to accommodate employees who don’t want to do their job by us leaving the store and picking up the items when it’s convenient for the employees to work.

Never Again! I walk up to customer service desk to do a phone sale. The cashier. Jim ashmoore asks me for the project name and phone number! I start telling him the project name and before I was done he tells me I need the number!! I told him "you asked for the project name first then number!! Then he can't find it. I call my customer and ask she answers he tells me he found it! So I hang up with her only to hear him tell me he needs the information from her! I told him I thought you said you found it?? He sais yes the project name but now I need the card number!!! Omg so now I call my customer again. She answers and I tell her that he needs the card number! Now he refuses to talk to her on My cell phone when I asked him 2x prior to call her from the desk phone.. anyway after all that mess he had forgot to charge for the 2-- 1x2s so then calls her again! Omg what a mess I'm really beginning to HATE Home Depot!! The workers they hire are so ignorant! The other young girl had to keep helping him I have no idea what was wrong with this man but it took about 25-30 minutes just to complete a transaction should have only took 5 minutes. Stay away from home depot they make simple tasks so dam confusing...

I hate this Home Depot. Couldn’t find an associate to help me. They called one and I waited 10 min and no one came. On top of that there is some third party security that walks around and I didn’t appreciate them walking all around me as if I’m going to steal something.Bad location.

Home Depot is good. We do most of our gardening with Lowes and HD. I recommend using Plants of the Southwest for your grass and flowers because if you live in Albuquerque, Bluegrass and Fescue will run a lot of water. I like native plants anyway and HD doesn't cater to that. Good store for DIY stuff.

More of everything that you need at Home Depot The garden center is a little lacking however everything seems to be 27.00. which you know is impossible for every plant in the store to be the same price although they don't control the prices it's an outside vendor here in this case Lowe's is clearly the winner with a discount section of prices better varieties of plants... Home Depot in Albuquerque just does not make it

I do a lot of shopping here for my business and it's unfortunate that the warranties for parts and service are so poor. Opened a brand new samsung microwave oven wall combo and half the buttons didn't work upon installation. Pro Referral was submitted and within a day got a message that they can't find any local pros at the moment. Then also opened my induction stove top and found it shattered. Hoping to have better luck with service on that. Will update another review for how they handle this delivery issue.

Customer service was very rude and didn’t want to help. They were eating hot Cheetos in the front and not acknowledging their manager when given instructions. When we needed their assistance kept scrolling through social media on “her/their” phone cause I don’t know what it was. Do not recommend visiting this location.

I always have a good shopping experience at the store. Large selection of outdoor goods, grilling, and home improvement materials. The only problem I have is tracking down staff.
Update: two trips to the garden shop this week with no help. Example 1 on 7/26/24. Employees watched me loading large amounts of paver stones onto a cart and didn’t acknowledge me. I paid and nobody offered to help. Example 2 7/29/24. I went back for more paver stones and the garden center gate was closed. Nobody working in the area. I had to load all my own bricks again and push the cart through the store.
