The Home Depot in Albuquerque, NM offers a wide selection of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies, making it a convenient place for home improvement and gardening projects. Customers appreciate the large variety of outdoor goods and DIY materials available in the store. However, some find the garden center lacking in variety and feel the prices are high, with most plants priced uniformly at around $27, which they believe is unrealistic. The store's staff is generally helpful and friendly, though there are complaints about difficulty finding assistance, especially in the garden section, where staff sometimes do not acknowledge customers or help load heavy items. Delivery and curbside pickup services have experienced issues due to system glitches, leading to longer wait times despite good customer service. Customers seeking specific plants or plant stands sometimes leave disappointed, citing poor lighting in plant areas and limited stock. Overall, The Home Depot provides a good shopping experience with a large selection of home improvement and outdoor items, but improvements in customer assistance and garden section variety could enhance satisfaction.
The staff in the power tools section are amazing. They are super helpful and answer any questions you have with knowledge and experience and inform you of any deals that are on feature during that time. They are the reason I shop at this store. Thank you!
