Lowe's Home Improvement in Albuquerque, NM, offers a variety of products for home improvement, including gardening supplies, appliances, paint, and patio furniture. However, customer experiences have been mixed. Many shoppers appreciate the wide selection and find it a good place to find needed items. Yet, several customers express disappointment with customer service and product quality. One customer faced significant issues while trying to purchase a stove during a sale, highlighting problems with misinformation from staff about pricing and delivery costs. Another shopper encountered a damaged dishwasher upon pickup, leading to frustration with customer service and the return process. Customers also reported long waits for assistance, with some feeling ignored as staff members conversed amongst themselves. While some employees are helpful, others have been described as unapproachable or lacking in respect, which detracts from the shopping experience. Overall, while Lowe's provides a suitable selection for home improvement needs, customers recommend caution regarding product quality and the need for better training in customer service. Shoppers may want to ensure they receive clear information and assistance from knowledgeable staff to avoid potential issues.
Friendly neighborhood store. Generally not overly busy. Good sized stock and choices. Easy access from I-40 and 12th st exit. Good place to visit for project supplies or a part for a quick fix. Definitely has been convenient for all my project work! Staff is helpful. I still recommend

Currently smells like farts throughout the store. There's bird poop everywhere in the garden area. A lesser issue is that they didn't have pre potted herbs.. otherwise just a normal Lowes.

I used to love lowes and from time to time they have what a professional needs during the day but honestly it feels more like a cross between harbor freight and bed bath and beyond. Things I used to be able to source for work here have left the shelves. Least I got the 'ol depot to have me covered.
