βI was able to locate hard to find items locally at a better price than some online merchants. Great service, and the team was more than willing to go above and beyond in helping me locate specialty o-rings no matter the size of the project. The best part was I didn’t have to wait because they had what I was looking for in-stock, and even took the time to measure my part to ensure fit because I didn’t have the original o-ring available to measure. This is a local business worth spending your hard earned money at no matter the size of the project…β
βOn Sunday, May 24, I stopped by Harbor Freight to purchase a water hose and a water nozzle sprayer. I was short on time and initially couldn’t find what I needed, so I left to finish my errands and later returned. I asked a gentleman for assistance locating the items, and he directed me to aisle three. Even though I had already checked there, I went back to make sure I hadn’t overlooked anything. This is why I started to become annoyed. Second trip in unable to locate the items, even though it said they were in stock online.
I then went to checkout and had the pleasure of being helped by Danielle. I asked if she could check the store inventory because the website showed the items were in stock. Right away, she said she knew exactly where the water hoses were and used the walkie-talkie to have someone locate the water nozzle sprayer that showed nine in stock.
If it wasn’t for Danielle, I would have left empty-handed and frustrated once again. Her customer service, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out and deserve recognition. Hardworking employees like her are hard to find, and she made my shopping experience a positive one.β
βIt's Harbor Freight. You're going to get Harbor Freight tools. If that's what you're in the market for, then great. They're good tools. People will make fun of you for using them, but forget them. You don't need to care what other people think about what brand of tools you use. Use ones that work, and work in your budget. Great place to buy big boxes of vinyl gloves too.β

βUsually very good customer service. This does not appear to be a very large hardware store. It's always surprising how much stuff they've managed to put in this store. They always have interesting specials running to bring people in. They will help you carry things out to the car. Sometimes they will ask, sometimes you have to ask. Unless it's something I have to get from a larger hardware store, this is definitely my go-to spot. Their prices are good. They're for for terracotta pots to make oils. Their prices are cheaper than Walmart and Lowe's and home Depot. They have several types of adhesive for assembling that layers and their staff are informed about the adhesive so that you will get the right one. You can order things to be sent to the store or sent to your home as well as buying directly from the storeβ
βWent in to color match a wall sample. All 3 people were very friendly, matched it exactly and even verified it by putting some paint on my sample and drying it. Thank you!!!β

βThe service is good, there typically is not a whole lot of people in there at one time, tops 25 or less including employees. The selection of tools is great you can find a variety but in some areas are lacking like screws and nails as an example. The supplies there are decent to good quality tools and power tools without breaking the bank.β
βI visited ABQ International Sunport during COVID-19 restrictions, so this review may not be the full picture once things reopen. When I was there, I found the staff to be quite helpful. The environment was kept very clean, and there were plenty of seats so there was enough physical distancing space to sit in a chair and eat a snack without breathing on anyone. They have comfy, padded brown chairs lining the walkways. I liked the Native design elements in the sunport, including the bathroom wall tiles. The vibe feels warm, not hospitaly like some airports. It's a small airport, so quick to move through on foot. The rental car shuttle goes from the airport to all of the rental car counters in one stop, which was convenient. Beware if you are taking flights that arrive to ABQ late at night (at least during COVID) -- it's possible all of the food sources other than vending machines could be closed, and many of the restaurants in ABQ proper close fairly early. So pack snacks in case.β
βTechnician just finished a high security door install 15 minutes ahead of schedule, owner came out to check halfway through the job. Very professional and priced cheaper than I expected. Even took the old door at the end of the job. Ten star service, Super pleased with the work. If you need a good door, call them now! A++++!β

βCalled the other store ,you know that one that when your in a bind and you only have one hope.....well guess what they didn't have it and wanted me to drive across town to bring in cartridge in after I had given them the part number........anyways called HAREL over at FURGUSON, gave him the part number and he special ordered that puppy overnight and it was in my hands in less that 15hrs. Customer couldn't be happier..... which makes me happy!!!β

βI went to get me an Indianapolis colts themed house key. When I visited the back their was a very nice elderly man who was able to shape the key how I needed it and it works great. They have a great selection of themed keys. If you need a themed key I definitely recommend Lomas true value for you.β
βOn Labor Day: water heater went out.. had horrible experiences at both Home Depot and Lowe’s trying to purchase new one and get installed next day. Very rude customer service from both. EXCELLENT customer service from Samon’s… very knowledgeable, helpful .. manager (Greg) even called installer while we were there and viols.. he was working and could pick up, install and remove next day … for $600-700 besides cost of heater!!! Lowe’s installer wanted $3,000, including purchase, to pick up, install and remove. He will be installing today!!!!!! So happy with Samon’s professionalism, friendliness, and product knowledge. Very refreshing after HD and Lowe’s!!!! And support staff was also very patient and helpful with purchase ,,,β
βBoom in and out the door with a truck rental and on the way like it should be. The less time it takes to rent something allows for more on the job time to get it done and down the road. This place rocks. Great job in the tool and truck rental department, thanks!Parking here is good too and well lighted at night. It can get busy but I never have had to search for a spot there even on the weekends or during the Holiday Season.β
βit's a big box store, don't complain about finding help. use your phone, search the item in the app, it'll tell you the aisle and the bay. i always go to Home Depot for my tools!β
