Friendly neighborhood store. Generally not overly busy. Good sized stock and choices. Easy access from I-40 and 12th st exit. Good place to visit for project supplies or a part for a quick fix. Definitely has been convenient for all my project work! Staff is helpful. I still recommend

Currently smells like farts throughout the store. There's bird poop everywhere in the garden area. A lesser issue is that they didn't have pre potted herbs.. otherwise just a normal Lowes.

Horrible! Bought a grill wanted it assembled called the day before told me it was not done. Agreed on another delivery date assuring me it would be done. I took a day off of work to receive the grill only to find out delivery was pushed back another week. I had to find this out myself as Lowes didn't bother to notify me. Ended up picking it up myself.

They rescheduled my delivery date, I was not informed, then i wasn't going to be home, they won't deliver unless someone is home, I had taken today off to wait for them. I called to find out an option, of course i was upset so i stated the facts, said their lack of a team to deliver my large expensive item on the day they scheduled wasnt my problem, the woman in customer service was rude, offered nothing in actually trying to help, and when I told her I wanted a refund, she hung up on me. I called back, she said I hung up on her, but my husband was listening to the whole thing and when I said that he was right there, suddenly she didn't want to argue and she refunded my money. Garbage customer service, that employee needs to be retrained.

I used to love lowes and from time to time they have what a professional needs during the day but honestly it feels more like a cross between harbor freight and bed bath and beyond. Things I used to be able to source for work here have left the shelves. Least I got the 'ol depot to have me covered.

I stood by the water heaters for 30 minutes yesterday, hitting the help request multiple many times. No response. Even when I do talk to employees in this store, they make it clear I’m interrupting their day.
I went to Home Depot, someone walked right up to me, gave me great information, and we loaded up my new water heater with all of the additional items.

All around terrible help. One visit, I had to wait half an hour for something to be unlocked. About 25 minutes through that wait, I saw three workers helping one person. The last time I went, I visited the garden area, could not find help, then, when I did, the two of them just stared at me. I had to ask if they could help me, not the other way around. Then later, I asked another person if they had something I had seen on the Lowes website. She was so rude, and said "uh, no, we would NOT have that here." I can't express the exact tone, but it was so judgmental. I am willing to give you MY money, but each interaction makes me want to go to another place...

Inventory your plumbing department. It’s always out of everything I need and out of stock items just get faced over and never reordered.

Don’t ever do business with Lowe’s. Horrible customer service, no communication & I have been waiting on a window order for over 6 months. This store doesn’t care about their customers, much less the product they sell. Ordered Pella windows, was told manufacturing was backed up. After 4 months called Pella & Lowe’s straight up lied to me. Deceptive business practices & hours wasted on the phone doing their work. They have no business ethics & should shut their doors!

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible customer service. We waited over an hour for someone to assist us. We had asked four different people for help and everyone said they would page to get someone to help. When we went to customer service to ask about paying by pro rewards the clerk was very rude to us and we weren’t aware that policy changed for weekends regarding pro rewards. When we asked to do a call for payment and her response was “nope we’re not doing that, if you have a problem I’ll get a manager for you.” Someone else came to talk to us but she was not the manager and she was rude as well and didn’t give us a moment to speak.

How has everyone here not been fired. By far the worst lowes I've ever been to.

Do not special order big ticket items from here. We ordered a bathtub and our bank account charge kept going in and out, in and out I don’t know how many times. Then, the tub finally came in and it was the wrong size! Our order was placed correctly, they shipped us out the wrong size on their end. So then I call the Lowe’s we picked it up from asking if we have to return at that location, and the manager said I can return it to ANY Lowe’s store… so we went to the closest one to us and they said no, it must be the one you picked it up from which is clear across town 🤦🏽♀️ So this was all one big waste of time and money.

Went to the automated key machine took about 5 minutes to make 3 keys. Not bad. Noticed a cool Dewalt sweater next to key machine EVERYTHING had cables and locks. Walked to cashier so they call someone unlocked 🔓, took 10 min. If big box would understand the old day where you could find an friendly helpful face at EVERY aisle they would not have to spend millions on security devices and personnel, have less people like me skipping the locked down items and buying on Amazon, not have millions lost in theft and actually have a pleasant place to shop.

Very disappointed. Came in Cyber Monday to purchase a stove that I had been keeping my eye on. It was on sale for $849 or around there. I applied for credit ONLY because this was the stove I've been wanting. I wasn't immediately approved because I had locked my credit file. Once I realized I needed to unlock it, I did but it took several weeks to get approved and even then, I had to call a special number because I got a mailing saying they needed to verify my identity. Once I did, Synchrony Bank told me to go back into the store and let them know that I had been approved, and they could look it up in their system. Keep in mind between the time I applied for credit, and today, I had a conversation with the manager at Lowe's because the person that had helped me that first evening (he was filling in because it was so busy that evening I suppose, he was from another department that dealt with wood or concrete) wanted to know if I needed a gas stove with a three prong or a four prong. I was calling back to tell them it was a three-prong and then the manager that I spoke to said that that didn't matter because we were dealing with a gas stove and not an electric one or whatever. He then started to tell me things that were different from that first evening I went in to get the deal. I was told that delivery would have cost about $50...this manager said now that it wasn't $50, that it was going to be $150. I was pretty upset, but I really wanted the stove....well when I was there this evening, a new manager told me it was going to be $170 something!!? To top it off, They didn't hold their end of the bargain when it came to the Cyber Monday deal. The first two people I dealt with didn't tell me that the deal would end on December the 2nd.....I'm extremely frustrated because I was told that if I had applied for credit, that they would put the information in the system as a quote, so I would be able to get the deal. So in going there tonight to let them know that my credit had finally been approved and to purchase the stove, my stove ended up costing hundreds of dollars more!! I asked to speak to a manager, and the lady that I spoke to was already a manager so I guess it didn't matter. She said that she would speak to her team about all of these mix-ups because then I also found out that there has to be a certified person hooking up the gas stove which cost extra and I wasn't told that initially either!! So yeah just a lot of misinformation... I'd recommend either not shopping here, or make sure that you're speaking to a manager, or somebody who knows what they're doing, because if someone else fills in from another department they are not going to obviously be able to tell you all the ins and outs and then you end up paying hundreds more because of it. It was nice for him to fill in but not nice when you are given so much misinformation. I guess I'm mostly disappointed because I usually choose Lowe's over Home Depot because of their customer service and in general I like the stores and the employees and prices, but now I don't know how to feel....
