Masks Y Mas is one of the more unique stores in ABQ and one of the best places to visit while in New Mexico. It is a must visit if you're in the area and a must stop on Central Avenue for all tourists and even locals. The store is chocked full of anything authentically Mexican and is full of beautiful original and handmade art. Here you can find culturally Mexican items from masks and local artwork to pictures, paintings, found piece art, wooden statues, jewelry, curiosities, and souvenirs. It is a fun place to wander around to find gifts for self, friends, and family. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The manager was great and the owner is a delight—helpful and kind. It is an awesome store full of amazing collections and beautiful gifts. Visitors love it, highly recommend it, and often don't want to leave.

The final stop of my vacation before turning in my rental car and bought some last minute souvenirs for family back home. My husband and I really enjoyed the selection and variety and were happy to discover there is also an online store as well. Would fully recommend to anyone passing through the neighborhood.
