“Good service, nice employees, and a clean location! Although there was a bit of a fiasco with my test being put in wrong by my clinic, the gal at the desk was able to fix it up for me, easy-peasy!
FYI, if you're trying to get this Tricore location, please go in through the hospital main entrance, and then take the D elevator up to the 4th floor.”

“Wait depends on number of clients in line ahead of you. Small parking lot, but usually open spaces are available. The lab shares the area with an Optum Clinic. Lab employees are friendly, efficient, and competent. Small waiting area with chairs along the hallway. Not much privacy when asked your birthdate because multiple people are within earshot, including other clients getting lab work done.”

“Quick service and nice staff. I made an appointment online and got service done the same day. Clean facility. However, self check-in process can be hard for seniors or those who are not tech savvy. Walk-in, no front desk staff, and patients must do their own check-in with the machine or on phone. It would be nice if they could have someone at front desk to help, or a direction “ring the bell if you need assistance check-in”. In general, I had good experience there.”

“It was a very pleasant experience. I dropped in, and the sign-in process gave me an appointment time of 3:10; however, the phlebotomist was so efficient in helping everyone that I was in nd out before 2:36!”

The waiting room was kind of boring, though. I might even call it depressing. There needs to be more pictures, and music, and magazines, and more comfortable chairs.”
