“My husband & I always enjoy interacting with the awesome staff at A&R . Everyone there is awesome but we have our favorites . There's a few such as Kelley who make a not so good situation like being on oxygen and having to exchange tanks into a pleasant experience. Always good conversation. Then can't forget the ones who go above and beyond to make things easier for us ( which Kelley also does as well.) We thank all of you for being so nice and meeting our needs .”

He replaced my machine and gave me all the information I needed to keep my machine working. He was friendly, professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend both HME and Jonah for any of your CPAP Equipment needs in the future.”
“My mom moved in and needed a safer shower. We went with HME Specialists in Albuquerque NM to remodel and update the shower. Joseph did an awesome job; he went above and beyond to make sure the job was perfect; he wanted to make sure the shower was perfect for my mom. He had such a positive attitude, very respectful and took pride in his work. He did the job in the allowed contract time, and he cleaned up after the job. “Breg was beyond a blessing on our trip to Albuquerque! Our daughter fractured her patella while already being in a boot on the other leg. We called Breg because the ER did not have the proper brace for her (she is 8), so we needed a proper patella stabilizer to keep her safe until we got back to AZ to see her orthopedic specialist. When I called, the woman was so kind and not only let me know they could get her fitted right away, but she also referred me to an excellent place where I found the transport chair I needed. My daughter got her wheels and then we went to Breg for a fitting and left with a proper stabilizer so we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip with a stabilized leg! The woman was also SO kind to my daughter ❤️We were all beyond grateful!”
