I wanted to share my outstanding experience with a MetroPCS employee who provided exceptional service with me. Her customer service skills went above and beyond what I expected.
What stood out most was her remarkable patience and understanding throughout the entire process. She took the time to thoroughly explain each step of my service transfer, ensuring I understood everything clearly. When I encountered difficulties with other carriers' support systems while trying to transfer my number, she stepped in and personally helped resolve the situation.
Her hands-on approach made a potentially stressful situation smooth and manageable. She demonstrated genuine empathy for my situation and worked diligently to find solutions. The level of personal attention she provided truly sets a high standard for customer service.
Thanks to her expertise and dedication, I successfully completed my number transfer and left feeling valued as a customer. Employees like her are what make MetroPCS stand out from other carriers. She is truly an asset to your team and deserves recognition for her outstanding work.

I had the most amazing customer service. I have actually been going to this Metro for 3 years but Yolanda went above and beyond when she set up two new lines for my kids and helped me so much. I will be back soon to transfer all my line to Metro!

First time here, note on door said be back in 5 minutes. Waited and left after 15 minutes.

These people obviously hate their jobs. Nobody that works here is ever happy to see a customer enter the store. Then when you want to get the cheapest phone they have on display, of course they don't have it in stock...at any of their locations across town! Why even have it on display then?

Rude and they clearly don't know policy. Went here to return a 5G Gateway that is within the 60 day return time frame. The representative argued with me and acted as if I was the wrong one when she was. She told me to speak to the manager Yolanda and just left it at that. No wonder I switched to Verizon from metro and thats Says alot. T Mobile just needs to close Metro, they suck. My receipt said everything I was saying to her and she just brushed me off, saying I can’t do refunds. She didn’t know how and that the manager was the only one who could. So where is she?

The sales clerk at this Metro by T-Mobile was very helpful. He helped me with my phone problem. I'll be coming to this store to buy my next phone. He treated me with respect & kindness. The store looked clean & well stocked. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the phone's. I gave this store five stars because of the sales people.
