Avoid this Metro, my phone button went out so I went in for a upgrade I was dew . Been with Metro since 2010 . I was sold a cheap ass phone Down graded at that, not even 5G. The phone that broke was 5G . The salesman didn't say crap about a down graded phone, he just saw dollar signs and a sucker walking in. Pay full price for a 5 dollar phone. 125.00 at that. Watch out this store will rip you off. Update my wife went in yesterday the 17th of October 2024. Same crap as before ( I didn't know she was going). Rip off, she had metro service they talked her into I new line to upgrade phone ended up being all new service single line 256.00 dollars later. Didn't even tell her. This store needs to be shut down, they will rip u off any chance they get. Better Business is definitely getting a call. DON'T TRUST THIS STORE. Metro Service is great, but this place sucks there is Metros all over town.

I got helped by Sandra she was awesome. I was having the most frustrating time ever. Switching phones, wasn't easy and she made it easy. I appreciate her help very much. I do recommend this place.

There should be no activation fee my free phone cost about 200. I was told I had to buy bundle.i called customer service they said it's not true. The cases we're 32.99 plus 32.99 for screen protector. I got refund but was shorted about 15 dollars I asked for receipt and was not given one. Iam sure wendy kept her commission part she made on that sale that was very dis honest. Do not fall for the scam .

Went in to upgrade my phone after mine broke, Blanca sales associate helped me find a phone in my budget, along with another guy who's name I did not get down but the customer service was excellent that they provided me!

Wendy help me in the whole time I was in the store about 20 minutes she spent 15 minutes of that on the phone with somebody else talking in Spanish as far as helping me I got tempered glass for my phone she tried three different ones then turn around and told me that they did not have anything that fit my phone so I basically wasted because she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing and didn't tell me right up front that they did not have one to fit my phone I guess I'll never go back to that store again

Wendy the store manger, is the nastiest customer service rep this store has. I'd recommend doing business at the Metro on 800 Juan Tabo Arely that store manger,could teach these other stores how to be managed. Shame on the private owners of this eubank store for allowing this type of service.
