  Service all around could be better. I call every location and NEVER get an answer. At least an answer to say please hold, be right with you, or we are busy call back, SOMETHING. My question literally takes a second to answer. I'd hate to go in for a simple question that could be answered over the phone.

  Called five times and no body ever answered.Went in to activate my phone and they did it incorrectly after being rude.

  Not always helpful and their good employees don't last long .
