Customer service girl is SO RUDE. I cannot believe she talks to customers this way. Says they’re only open 8am-1pm and will yell at you and have the worst attitude if you try and get in at 5pm. The sign outside says gate hours are 7am-9pm.

Worst storage facility I have ever used !!! Be careful because they will charge you extra without any notification of any changes. My property was also damaged due to several leak in my unit. Be careful !!! Should have gone to extra space storage facility instead !!!?
