The Manager was so lazy he couldn’t take the time to look up a part. Ridiculous.

Bought a small part that was in stock, but took more than 2 hours to arrive at the store. There are signs all over the building that say "buy online, pickup in 30 minutes for in-stock parts". They didn't clarify that it means "in stock at this location". In 2 hours, I can just drive to the other location. This particular store likes to put customers on hold as well. Phone rings 10 times, some guy picks up and puts me on an indefinite hold. Waste of time.To management: Fix your website so customers can discover which store would have an item. Don't make them wait to have it moved from one store to another. A 2 hour wait for a small part is not convenient or helpful.Edit: The other part I ordered finally arrived. I will update this review when a more accurate inventory system is implemented for customers.

The middle aged woman working the cashier is very rude. I see a lot of other people leaving bad reviews about that lady. That’s a good indication she shouldn’t be working customer service.

Outstanding service at this NAPA. It turned out that the gentleman helping me with my problem was the store manager. He went above and beyond to get me the part I needed.

I go to Napa when I can't find what I need anywhere else, and sometimes just to look around, they always have little deals that I like, I'm a girl so I like to find little odds and ends that might help me down the road and they always seem to have them. Hey I'm just learning all this car stuff and it just so happens my dream car is one of the more complicated cars, I have a Chevy Corvette and she keeps me on my toes. There is A LOT to learn about this car and I love it so I only shop at certain stores and Napa happens to be one of them.

For the most part it was a fairly good inventory selection there were a lot of parts that would have to be ordered but all in all you really can't complain with the crisis in the United States.... thanks a lot Biden....

They had no idea what we were looking for, it's crazy how they are not experienced in their product.

Need to do a tune up on an old Ford tractor. Have tractor number make model parts parts for the tractor but don't have the ear. This gentleman wouldn't assist because we didn't have the year we called the 1 on 2nd street and amazingly enough they said bringing those parts and will match them up. A little bit of customer service goes a long way the want to go to the store was being lazy and unwilling to help willing to help thank goodness for Dominic on 2nd street!! He knows his job and he knows how to research to get customers the parts that are needed!!

Suffering supply chain issues. No diy supplies available. Only gallons of supplies in store. Will need to order online and wait for home delivery from another retailer.

This place is great! The guy who was working there was very nice and helpful in finding parts we needed. They are cheaper and usually have more stock than AutoZone and O’Reilly. NAPA has always been awesome and we will continue to use them for the needs of our vehicles. :)

If they have a part at another store save yourself time and effort by driving to that store and getting it yourself. This is the third time I’ve ordered a part to be shipped from another store with a “it’ll be here at x time” that never made it and I was never made aware of any issues getting it. This is costing me and my customers time and money. It’s also making me look bad when I’m lied to. I ordered this part at 12:30pm and was told “after lunch” for original timeframe. When is that? Idk either so I called back at 2:30pm. I was now told it’d be at the store no later than 3:30pm. No biggie I understand we are all busy and issues happen. I started calling for another update at 5pm and gave up at 5:45pm after 5 unanswered calls. I waited some more and finally just showed up at the store around 6:20. The employee was nice but seemed like the guy didn’t know how to even find my order/ticket before saying “I’ll search the back” and of course it wasn’t there…. If I would have known it would take so long or some issue had arose I would have driven myself to the other store and got the job done same day.. The person I spoke with originally was extremely friendly and very helpful, I just wish that translated into me getting my parts on time…
