Went in search of basic home printer. I am not a tech and installation person. Olga was really, really helpful. She assisted with me in finding a great little HP, AND helped me find the extra cord and multi port I needed. I completed the install surprisingly fast and with ease. Thank you, Olga!!

I had a TSA pre-check appointment for 11:15 but after I called to check, they were able to see me right after opening shortly after 8 AM. I really appreciate their willingness to complete my appointment earlier than scheduled. Very easy process all around!
