Every person that I have ever spoken to at DSI is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, offers tips and tricks to keep our printers running smoothly, and lets me know that my business is important to them. When Alex comes to repair a part, he always lets me know if another part will need to be replaced soon and usually offers to replace it while he is already there to avoid a future service charge. “Update: I received a response from the manager explaining why the store was closed that day and I appreciate the fast response. Glad they are remaining open!Arrived there during posted store hours yesterday, Monday, around 1:30pm and the doors were locked. A sign on the door said they were closed and to try another location. There looked to be some supplies inside but I got the distinct impression this store is permanently closed, not temporarily. No one answered when I called either.”
