“The people we dealt with were very nice. There was a small issue getting the parts but that can be expected. The truck seems to be working fine now. A small odor of antifreeze is present but hopefully that will go away.
We are trying to get the owners manual that we saw when we purchased the truck, but Travis is unable to find it at this time. Other than the truck breaking down immediately after we came to pick it up we had a good experience. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from you.”

“I'm on a cross country road trip and my oil notification came on. I spent a while looking through ABQ local oil changer reviews and was frightened. When I found this shop I saw Zachary posted all over them with rave reviews and knew I had to stop by. My truck ended up needing new rotors and brakes which was a surprise that made the trip a bit more expensive. Thankfully Zachary was there to give me advice, recommend me good solutions and even an awesome place nearby to grab lunch! My day would have been a lot different if I didn't stop by this location and I'm super thankful I did. Having never been to the area I didn't know what to expect, and the hospitality and positivity from the people I met really made my day. Thanks again guys!”

“10 out of 10 service for these guys! Me and my family were driving from Texas to Salt Lake City when it felt like our transmission was slipping, We called 3 or 4 Ford dealerships all of which you told us that they wouldn’t be able to get us in any time soon. We thought our trip was ruined. We called these guys as a last ditch effort and which some lucky timing and because they are fundamentally good people they say us and fixed us up no problem.
The care and knowledge Mike and Glen provided is unmatched. These guys. Go to these guys.”

“Pulled into Adeal Auto under rather dire circumstances as our family was on a long road trip and our vehicle suddenly broke down. Stopped at one shop that was booked / they didn't have time but owner suggested Adeal. We were able to limp our vehicle over to Adeal, literally breaking down completely in their parking area. Andrew, Matt, Dave were INCREDIBLY helpful even though they were already busy when I walked in. Andrew & Matt correctly identified the issue even though our OBD system on our vehicle wasn't communicating the problem. The guys at Adeal helped us identify the part needed and got it installed very quickly -- I was really impressed with their speedy install and the care they took to ensure everything ran fine. Hourly rate and time for the repair were very, very reasonable. We were able to complete the remaining 500+ miles of our trip. Our family sang Adeal praises all the way home. (Maybe we'll release an album). THANK YOU ADEAL -- REALLY APPRECIATE YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!”
