My experience with By The Book was the best. Not only do they fix any immediate problem but they include preventative maintenance which prolonged the service life of my vehicle. Incredibly persistant in diagnosing and correcting my vehicle problem. Done right the first time!

For the most part got done what I requested. Truck not smoking and has more power but is still experiencing what feels like lugging? Took it to a couple other places. Found a broken stand pipe. Was throwing a high pressure oil code. Got that repaired and is now throwing a low oil pressure code.
