“I stopped in today to get some paint after repairs to my living room roof. We had (what we thought) was the correct paint name. But it wasn't. However, Jared was incredibly patient, searched through various databases while my wife and I fumbled for the name of the contractor who had done the original painting. Through his persistence we found the original paint and were able to buy what we needed even though the original was not longer available. This was service above and beyond.”

“German is a total rockstar. Been to a couple different airless repair shops and he is consistently great every time. He almost always has the tips (airless) and needle sets (hvlp) that we need on the fly, and his customer service is great too. Awesome attitude, awesome service. Would give 10 stars if I could.”

“I have an account here, and Sherwin Williams was invaluable to what I needed today. The person who took my order made sure to call the paint manufacturer to ensure I was getting the correct primer to ensure we wouldn't get any new leaks in the old elastomeric paint, and they happened to be out of it (tis the season for stucco repair), I was told where to get it, so I was not sold something that didn't work just to make a buck, was extremely attentive, intelligent, answered all my questions, and really knew her stuff, also the paint match was exact on 2 different products! Thanks so much, its why we use you! Didn't get her name, skinny, short blonde/brown hair, young lady. Kudos to her, she obviously knows her stuff, and double checked what she had to make certain.
