“We bought a nice jeweled owl for my grand daughter’s teacher. Great shop with eclectic items. Lots of jewelry, handbags and clothing. No restroom in the store. Not kid friendly because they can break lots of delicate items.”
“My experience was ok. I think their customer service was decent but not amazing. Nice folks but definitely a little rough on the edges. Not a 5 star experience but a good 4.
Don’t get me wrong, they were nice and upfront about what they could and couldn’t do and I get that people try to work the everyday.
I guess what hung me up was that it seemed to me that some of their used tools cost more than a new comparable model. I sure hope they can work with people on price if they find it for less at a Lowe’s or Home Depot….
