Thank you, Lara, for your time and expertise. The creation of something like an engagement ring is nerve wracking. However, I was never pressured; in fact, it was quite the opposite. I was encouraged to go with what I felt was the best option. Picking the setting, the options for stones were endless, including lab options, the understanding of circumstances, ALL TOP NOTCH. If you are in the engagement/wedding ring market, please keep your money local and go with John Thomas. Phenomenal experience that led to a beautiful, timeless finished product. I will be back for sure.”

“I had one of my rings resized went and picked it up and a lady by the name of Jaden JADEN helped me out. She was absolutely wonderful, very professional and very kind. “I cannot express the true care and concern for excellence given to each customer and especially on custom designs. I came to see Bob about The horrendous worked done on a 2 carat marquee w/ halo & custom diamond band I purchased From another local jeweler, (I sent my ring back three times to have corrected no attempt was ever made to correct the error of their shabby work!!). When I showed it to Bob he immediately noticed without being made known what was wrong with it. We spent over an hour coming up with a new design. The halo was around the diamond which washed it out. He suggested doing a hidden halo. I had diamonds running along both sides of band. He Rebuilt a whole new ring for me! It’s unfortunately amazing! I actually thought he put a new Marquee Diamond in because I can see each faucet and wow, the sparkle!! I never could have imagined how gorgeous my ring would turn out to be! Since then, I have purchased a few more rings, Most recently, a 3 carat marquee with a tower band it is amazing. He knows I love thinker shanks and that’s exactly what I got!! If you are looking for a custom design, premade items he has all kinds. These are people who are going to take the time and create something you love, show you the styles you are looking for or help you find the perfect gift. This is the ONLY place to come!!
I’m not a Fan of Indian jewelry however, I have to say the collection they have is far beyond amazing. They are true showstoppers. Bob and Vicky truly have created the best jewelry store in Albuquerque!! Come see them I guarantee you won’t regret it!”

I needed some repair work done on a few older pieces of silver & turquoise to which they offered different options for updating my jewelry. They are going to mail it back to me at my home in Texas. They are all very friendly, accommodating & professional. I needed to know if a piece was really turquoise and they assured me it was. They explained how they could tell it was real, which satisfied my longing to know for sure. I highly regime them for any turquoise & silver jewelry needs. I have mild agorathorbia and it has taken me months to walk in. The pieces i have i got from my late mother which made it harder. Miranda immediately acknowledged me with a most welcoming attitude. She explained in detail information about the few pieces i brought in as well as explained their intensive cleaning process for future. “This was a fun store to pop into while we were walking around the downtown area visiting local shops. I had originally found this spot online when I was looking for spots to visit while we were in town as I love oddities and witchy/spooky items. They had a decent selection of sages, incense, candles and gemstones along with a mixture of clothing items and accessories. I am always on the look for taxidermy insects for my collection, so I was a bit sad to see they didn't have a selection of framed insects, bones, etc to check out aside from one framed butterfly on a shelf which I think was used as a decoration.
The prices seemed a bit high on some of the products, but it could be due to its location in a prime touristy type shopping area. The store itself felt cozy and is inside of old building, so the shop splits off into two little rooms. I unfortunately didn't find anything I wanted to grab, but my teen found a candle she wanted. All in all it was worth stopping by to check out and see what they had to offer and the girl working the register was really sweet and helpful.”

What I like about here that is different from all the other tourist type places that rep New Mexico clothing and articles is that this is a little bit more modern. I have taken my family to a few places and it's usually like a Ziae symbol or a roadrunner. This place has cute shirts that have Sasquatch and aliens being sucked up into spaceships and also Zia symbols. I guarantee you can find something for someone who's visiting from out of state or even just rep your own state. The items are a little bit more on the costly side but I think you get what you pay for because the quality is pretty good. I have had jackets, leggings, and shirts from there that have lasted years without any fading or tearing.”
