I signed up online for a time and was told by the kiosk I did not have an appointment. The kiosk is an abomination. It is ridiculously slow, difficult to go through, and not user friendly. Quest needs a PERSON to check you in and ask questions of. The technicians are good though.

I went in the morning, and it was super quick in and out. Francella was super friendly quick, and efficient.

The person who did my blood draw was AMAZING -- I have tiny little veins that shy away from needles, but she found the vein in the first try.
